Business Development Manager

As a Business Developer at Patiro, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our client base. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that align with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical trial sector (Pharma, Biotech, Medical device, CROs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and CROs
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts
  • Represent Patiro at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel as needed
